The National Convention Centre Canberra is conveniently located in the city. It’s only 7 km from the Canberra airport and easily accessible by car, taxi and public transport.

Seating capacity is limited in the conference and roundtable sessions. Preferences selected before the event are located on the back of your name badge and are for planning purposes. Please arrive early in order to secure a seat. If a session has reached capacity, you may be asked to attend an alternative session. Due to safety reason, the venue does not allow delegates to sit on the floor.

A Networking Drinks Reception will be held on 1 August from 5:30pm - 6:30pm in the Exhibition Hall. All delegates, speakers and exhibitors are welcome to attend.
The NCC has a cloakroom located at their reception desk in the conference centre.

For all delegates and speakers catering is included in your package. Catering is available on the expo floor for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
For expo visitors, there is a visitors cafe on the expo floor for you to purchase food and beverage.
For all sponsors and exhibitors, please check your exhibition manual for details on catering.
Delegates with dietary requirements who requested a special meal at the time of registration, should ask venue staff where these will be served during meal breaks.
Name badges must be worn at all times. Your name badge will be emailed to you one week prior to the event. Please print this out in COLOUR and bring with you on the day. If you cannot print your badge at home, we will also have printing stations available in the registration area
Speaker papers (presentation slides) will be available within one week after the event. Delegates will be emailed instructions on how to access the papers.
Note: Not all speakers give us permission to upload their papers. Unfortunately we will not be able to distribute these under any circumstances.
Free wireless internet is available for conference delegates and expo visitors.
